Everybody knows how easy it is to pick up and operate an iPhone these days. There are many things you may not have learned you could do with your smartphone, even if you’ve been using it for a long time.
Apple’s iOS 8 release last year introduced a slew of minor features that let you do some interesting things you may not have known you could do, including:

Custom Keyboard Shortcuts
Create keyboard shortcuts for terms you regularly use to save time. “jj” is an abbreviation for my full name since it is the username for most of my internet accounts (for example, “Jamie Pham”). My email address is abbreviated “jjj” as well.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Add New Shortcut
The same goes for your home and business phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information.
